A Data-Driven Model - We base our model of treatment on actual data. We're committed to taking the guesswork out of evaluating patient health through data collection and evidence-based practices.
A Focus on Population Health - HH & Co. works to respond to community needs. That means you'll learn about the value of working with people that come from all walks of life, providing you with a breadth of experience.
Real Clinical Experience - You'll be connecting with Holly and her colleagues who offer years of boots on the ground experiences that include modern & effective psychotherapy, diagnosing & treating with a strengths-based approach, equity practices, complex care strategies, and care that crosses various intersections of need & struggle.

Let us start by saying that no matter where you are professionally, we believe you have something to offer and are of value. For this intern program, we look for post-grads with at least one year of work experience under their belt and the following:
Demonstrates dedication to equity and healthcare access
Committed to strength-based and empathic care principles
Shows curiosity and openness as a learner
Has a strong desire to develop as an associate clinical intern
Flexible and responsive to the work of meeting community needs
Team player with strong collaboration and effective communication skills
