Insurance:
We currently accept Santa Cruz County Medi-Cal, also known as CCAH or Carelon. Depending on your insurance coverage, some individuals can use a superbill and sometimes receive reimbursement for portions of the cost of therapy. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to inquire about coverage details. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use a superbill for potential reimbursement on out-of-network therapy costs.
Our Fees:
Associate Clinical Interns - $175 per visit
Holly Hughes, LCSW, EMDR certified - $275 per visit (various packages available, please inquire)
24 hour Cancellation Policy:
Text, call or email if you are not able to make your appointment to avoid being charged for a missed session.

Scheduling:
We’ve migrated all scheduling to Simple Practice for both prospective and existing clients. Please note this is not meant for emergencies. If you are ever in need of immediate support, please reach out to 911 or 988.
Prospective Clients: Schedule a consult call by clicking the button and selecting “I’m A New Patient.” This call will be with one of our Clinical Leads. During the call, we’ll review your reason for seeking therapy, current symptoms, insurance/self-pay options, availability, and clinician preferences. If you don’t have a clinician preference, our Clinical Leads can help you determine the best fit and review our clinicians’ specialties.
