Open. Kind. Light-hearted. Grounded.
Fiercely Committed to Community.

We’RE THE REAL DEAL

At HH & Co., we encourage you to come just as you are without making any changes. All we ask is that you bring an open heart and a curious mind. Together we'll help you define some goals, identify thoughts and behaviors that may hinder the achievement of these goals, and track progress.

This is not traditional therapy.

Our approach is different -- and we like it that way. We're not here to judge you or make you feel like you're not enough. Instead, we work with you to tap into your strength and resilience. We believe growth and sustained change happens when people experience genuineness (openness, self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood). These values are our foundation and are especially crucial to us, showing up to embody connection, accessibility, and equity.
